Lauren is a fine artist living, painting and teaching in Baltimore, Maryland. She travels the world to help organize art retreats with the company Workshops in France where she gets to paint alongside and learn from some of the world's most renowned painters. When she’s not travelling Lauren organizes the 100 Heads Society, a portrait painting group she founded in 2021 that focuses on alla prima portrait painting. The society provides a free resource every Monday where artists can come for free and paint from a live model. Lauren also teaches a variety of art classes and workshops around Baltimore. 

She trained at the Classical Realism Atelier the Schuler School of Fine Arts in Baltimore, MD as well as the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts where she earned a B.A. in English Literature and Studio Art.
